Me and my family booked this hotel between the 20th to the 27th of January 2018. We saw bad and good reviews regarding this hotel, therefore we came with mixed feelings to the hotel. We were pleasntly surprised, since the hotel is brand new with new facilities. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant, especially Asma, who helped us with a lot of tips in our stay. The Breakfast was very tasty and varient. Highly recomended!

The room they gave us was a suit. It was extremely spacious and had a garden terrace. The room it self was beutiful, comfortable bed, nice linen. But the maintenance was problematic for example the towels has a dusty smell and the bathrobes looked like they're been handed there for a long time. It had a Jacuzzi but you couldn't pay me enough to use. The reception staff was extremely nice and professional (thank you Sarah). We didn't use any of the hotel's facilities. The Spa was looking sad. The public area had paint peeling and it was too cold to use the outdoor swimming pool. We didn't have breakfast in the dining room but judging from their excellent room service it had to be nice. So bottom line is I'd go to one of the beach front hotels giving the fact that it is Agadir's best feature.

Big thanks for all team , specially Brahim, Asma and Saida, who made me feel like at home and had smiles every time I passed them . Even though I was travelling alone they made me feel safe . Massage was excellent and the room service as well . Would definitely come back and I would recommend this place to stay . Hotel is located close by the beach and the city .

This was a hotel recommended by a friend.The hotel manager was at reception to great me,with a Moroccan tea available by staff.Room was excellent large room with big bed and clean facilities.During my stay Mohamed hotel manager asked several times if everything was okAll his team at the hotel were very helpful especially the reception staff.

We booked 6 rooms at this hotel. At check in there where a few issues as we had to wait severely hours for the rooms. This was quickly sorted once we spoke to the hotel manager Khalija who was extremely helpful and solved all our problems. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are good. If you want to avoid the noise from the three clubs in the hotel, book a suite. This is located further out from the hotel club's and will ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel can do a little improvement by supplying water to the rooms daily. And can also improve on the breakfast by having more veggie options.Everything is waking distance - the beach, nightlife, restaurants etc. The pool area is beautiful, but we didn't use it as the water was really cold.All in all, a great stay. And would highly recommend staying here.
